RSS/Atom, official APIs, government & scientific feeds, and permitted public pages — respecting robots.txt, rate limits, and publisher terms. Human allowlists.

2. Inspect & Compare

Separate reported facts, source claims, analysis, opinion, and uncertainty. Surface agreement, disagreement, and missing context without blending them into a single narrative.

3. Draft & Human Review

Original briefings grounded in cited sources. Editorial approval required before any public publication. No autonomous publishing in this phase.

4. Monitor & Correct

Revision history preserved. Updates, new sources, changed claims, and corrections are recorded with reasons. The historical record is never silently rewritten.

EcoBriefing is part of EcoAlaxy. Its purpose is to help people answer: What happened? Who reported it? What evidence is available? Which claims agree? Which conflict? What remains uncertain? Why does it matter? What should we watch next?

It must inform without manipulating. It never invents facts, quotations, dates, statistics, sources, or consensus. It never republishes complete copyrighted articles. It always links readers to original sources and preserves the distinction between reported claims and EcoBriefing’s own analysis.
